Bike tool pouches come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes they come with attachment systems to your bike, sometimes with a tool organisational system, which is great because when you see an empty hole you know something is missing.
The CLOG tool pouch does not come with any organisation. Its just a very simple wrap style tool pouch that lets you see everything you have, even the spare bolts that you packed... That you packed eh! The CLOG style promises those spare bolts, that you packed, will not go rolling into the long grass.
Its not really designed to be attached to the bike, more chucked into a bag. That said you can use the webbing loops to hang it and then a Voile strap to secure it. On my Surly LHT i have enough room between the back wheel and my seat tube to store it, saves a little bag space (picture at the bottom).
